Smeaton Grange - Commercial Property Concrete Upgrade
Problem: Structurally failed external concrete with inadequate falls causing drainage issues and a deteriorated surface no longer suitable for tenant forklift access. The internal factory floor also required upgrading due to severe concrete delamination.
Solution: Complete removal and replacement with 200mm thick reinforced concrete and double SL92 mesh, incorporating corrected falls and improved drainage to provide a stronger, durable surface suitable for ongoing commercial and forklift use.
